Event & Travel Concierge for Local Firm
Message From The Owner
Our small 4-person consulting firm is growing, and we need a concierge to help us organize corporate events and travel arrangements for our visiting partners.
You should have a car and be able to travel around 15–20 km to check out local venues near Marda Loop or book stays at hotels near the Saddledome.
We are looking for someone to handle flight bookings, dinner reservations at top Calgary restaurants, and organizing local transport for our guests.
Traffic on Deerfoot Trail can be a real pain during peak hours, so you'll need to be great at time management.
This is a good opportunity if you need extra work this month.
Price is negotiable depending on your experience and local network.
