Our small rental management operation is growing fast and we need a reliable person to help with three of our residential units near The Amazing Brentwood.
I am feeling a bit overwhelmed with the volume of maintenance requests lately and need someone to help coordinate with plumbers and electricians.
You'd be responsible for performing move-in inspections, following up on late rent payments, and checking the building security codes.
The traffic near the mall can be really tough, so being local is a huge help for quick visits.
I'm looking for someone who wants more clients right now and is ready to jump in.
You should have a car and be able to travel around 15–20 km.
