Assistant Manager for Varsity Apartments

My small property management team is growing, and we really need an extra set of hands to help with our units near the University of Calgary.

You'd be responsible for meeting potential tenants for viewings, conducting move-in inspections, and ensuring all keys are cut and ready for new residents.

Since this is an in-person role in the Northwest, using public transit is fine as long as you are very reliable and know the LRT schedule well.

We have a few older buildings in Varsity, so you might need to coordinate with plumbers or electricians for minor repairs.

This is good if you need extra work this week to fill up your schedule.

I’m looking for someone who wants more clients right now and can handle the fast-paced nature of the rental market.
