I am a local service provider overwhelmed with work and I really need some backup help managing a few rental units just across the bridge from downtown Ottawa.
You will be responsible for following up on late rent,
checking the common areas for tidiness,
and meeting potential tenants for quick walkthroughs.
You should have a car and be able to travel around 15–20 km since these properties are spread out.
Being available on short notice is a big plus as things move fast here!
I’ve recently expanded operations and can't keep up with the humid summer rush on my own.
