  • I recently expanded operations for my rental business and need a professional manager to look after four modern townhomes in the Marda Loop area.

  • You should have a car and be able to travel around 15–20 km to check on properties and meet with contractors as needed.

  • Your main tasks would be collecting rent checks, serving official notices if payments are late, and doing monthly walkthroughs to check for any maintenance issues.

  • Traffic near Crowchild Trail can be quite slow during the afternoon, so please plan your visits to the properties accordingly.

  • Price is negotiable depending on your experience with the Alberta Residential Tenancies Act and your ability to handle tenant disputes professionally.

  • I prefer to pay in cash if that's okay with you.
