I have a beautiful Victorian triplex in The Annex and I'm looking for a professional manager to take over the day-to-day work.
I need someone to handle rent collection, deal with any tenant complaints about the old radiators, and conduct a walk-through inspection once a month.
Since I’m recently expanded operations with my own business, I just don't have the time to drive down there anymore.
You should have a car and be able to travel around 15–20 km to get to the property.
Parking is actually okay here because I have one dedicated spot for service people behind the building!
I’m looking for someone who wants more clients right now and has experience with older Toronto homes.
