Our company has a few residential units in a high-rise tower near the Brighouse station, and we need a local manager to handle the day-to-day needs.
You would be responsible for coordinating minor repairs with the building concierge, collecting late rent checks, and ensuring tenants follow the visitor parking rules.
Using public transit is fine as long as you are very reliable since the Canada Line is just a few minutes away.
We can negotiate the price depending on your experience with multi-unit management.
