Message From The Owner
I have a small studio apartment in a tower on Al Reem Island.
I am feeling very frustrated with my current tenant who is always late with rent.
I need a professional manager to take over the communication and ensure the monthly payments are collected on time without me having to chase them.
You will also need to visit the unit once a month to check that the AC is working and there are no leaks from the humidity.
Being available on short notice is a big plus in case the building security calls about a maintenance issue.
You should have a car and be able to travel around 15–20 km to reach the property and handle the paperwork.
