I am recently expanded operations and now have four villas in Jumeirah Village Circle that need constant attention.
The summer heat in the United Arab Emirates is tough on the AC units, so I need someone to handle tenant complaints and schedule basic maintenance.
This is an IN-PERSON job, and being available on short notice is a big plus for emergency repairs.
You’ll be responsible for meeting contractors at the gate and checking the property status after they finish.
