Our small family business is growing and we need a reliable person to help manage our four townhomes in Mill Woods while I focus on our new projects.
I am feeling a bit overwhelmed with the volume of calls from tenants and need someone to handle the basic day-to-day stuff like key handovers and basic site visits.
Since most of our documents are digital, we can do our weekly sync-up online via Zoom to save you a trip through the Anthony Henday traffic.
I’m flexible for online sessions in the evenings to go over the tenant reports and updates.
