Message From The Owner
I am currently overwhelmed with volume because my small rental business just added three more units near the Steveston area.
I need a reliable person to help me with showing the apartments to potential tenants, checking the mail, and doing simple move-out inspections.
Since the traffic in Richmond can be quite heavy in the afternoons, I need someone who knows the back roads and can get around efficiently.
You should have a car and be able to travel around 15–20 km between the different properties.
I’m looking for someone who wants more clients right now and has a professional manner when dealing with the public.
