Hello!

I’m Scarlett, recently arrived in Vancouver and enjoying its calm parks. I help older adults with grocery trips, healthy cooking, and light cleaning so daily living feels easy. Conversation over tea is always part of the visit because friendship matters. Safety comes first, so I check that stoves are off and mats lie flat.

My hatchback holds a folding cart and cooler bags, and I drive up to 20 miles for errands. Short‑notice calls are welcome since I’m gathering extra hours this week. Pill times go into phone alarms so no dose is missed. Fresh fruit is washed and stored at eye level.
I leave printed meal labels with reheating steps.
A brief checklist on the fridge shows tasks finished.
