- To maintain scheduling integrity, we prefer to hire someone who lives close by (20 minutes maximum commute).
- Having a reliable vehicle is a big plus, but it's not a must-have; it's considered an advantage.
- Lastly, it's best to plan to arrive early due to the difficulty of finding street parking.
