Help With Daily Puppy Socialization Walks

I am an individual new to CityTasker, and I need someone very patient to help me with daily socialization walks for my 5-month-old Bernedoodle puppy, Buddy, in the Richmond South Arm neighborhood.

This is a very important part of his training, so it's a priority.

I need a 30-minute walk every day, Monday through Friday, sometime between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM; the walks need to focus less on covering distance and more on controlled exposure to new sights, sounds, and gentle interactions with other dogs and people, per the trainer's instructions.

I'm frustrated because I'm working from home and can't dedicate the focused time he needs to this critical part of his development.

Buddy is friendly but still easily distracted, so you need to bring high-value treats and be comfortable with positive reinforcement training techniques; I will provide all the treats and training tools.

Access is via a garage code and a separate side entrance to my house, which is easy.

The key challenges here are keeping him dry in the frequent Richmond drizzle and managing the energy level of a giant puppy.

I am budgeting about $20 per walk, but I'm looking for a three-month commitment.
