Professional Dog Walking Backup for Growing Small Business

We're a small, 3-person professional dog walking operation based in Burnaby that has recently expanded faster than we anticipated (which is exciting but also a little hectic!).

We are now looking for a reliable, experienced dog walker to join our team on an on-call or part-time basis to handle overflow clients in the Brentwood and Capitol Hill areas.

We need someone who can cover walks when one of us is sick, or when we get new clients that don't fit our current schedule right away, so flexibility is key.

You would handle 3-5 walks per day, ranging from 30 to 60 minutes.

The scope includes coordinating with clients via our scheduling app, ensuring safe transport (if applicable), and providing detailed report cards after each visit.

We maintain high quality expectations, so attention to detail and a commitment to animal welfare are essential; we’re happy to pay a premium for someone who shares our standards.

Available for walks between 10 AM and 3 PM on weekdays.

Experience with pet first aid is a big plus.
