My 2-year-old Border Collie in the North Burnaby/East Vancouver area has way too much energy, and the short neighborhood walks aren't cutting it anymore.
I need someone to take him on a proper hike or trail walk two or three times a week for at least an hour and a half, ideally starting around 2 PM.
I just got a new job with longer hours and I feel terrible that he's stuck inside for so long, so I'm looking for someone to help him burn off that energy.
We live in a small, older house with easy front door access, and all his equipment is ready to go.
You'd need to drive him to a suitable trail or park outside of the immediate area that is safe and allows dogs off-leash (with good recall, which he has!).
We need someone to commit to at least three months of this schedule.
Please feel free to message me here or via email with your rates and what local trails you recommend.
This is a great chance for someone who enjoys the outdoors, even with the typical Vancouver grey skies.
Can’t wait to hear from you!
