We’re an established, formal pet care company with multiple locations, and we’re looking to hire several part-time dog walkers to handle our expanding client base across Richmond, particularly in the City Centre, Bridgeport, and Ironwood areas.
You will need to coordinate key pick-up/drop-off with the previous walker or client.

We require professional, reliable individuals who can commit to a set schedule of 3-5 walks per day, M-F, usually 45 minutes each, between the hours of 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
You need to be comfortable with a variety of breeds and sizes, as we walk all types of dogs, and you must adhere strictly to our company’s safety protocols and leashing standards.
Our expectations are very high; we need someone who will consistently send high-quality photos and detailed updates to our central client management system after every walk, detailing the route, dog's mood, and any bathroom activity.
Strong English communication skills are required so you can clearly relay any urgent issues to us or directly to the client when necessary.
We’re looking for someone who is available on short notice if another walker calls in sick, and who is looking for more clients right now to build a long-term partnership with us.
I mainly use this platform for messaging for initial contact, but we will move to a formal email system once we begin the hiring process, and we can negotiate the price based on your experience and commitment level.
