Experienced Bird Sitter Needed for Weekend in West Ottawa

I am an Individual homeowner and I'm nervously planning a short trip out of Ottawa and need someone with experience looking after exotic birds, not just dogs and cats.

My two cockatiels, Pip and Squeak, need care for a three-day weekend next month, which will be Friday evening through Monday morning.

I need two visits per day—a morning visit around 8 AM for fresh food and water, and an evening visit around 6 PM just to check on them and cover their cages.

The job involves changing their water, giving them a mix of seeds and fresh vegetables, and making sure their cage liners are cleaned once during the weekend, which is not a small task.

My house is a bungalow in the west end of Ottawa, near Kanata, and it's a very simple access situation with a lockbox on the door, so getting in is easy.

The weather in Ottawa can change fast, and I'd like you to keep an eye on the room temperature to make sure it stays warm enough for them, adjusting the thermostat a little if needed.

I'm hoping to find someone who is very calm around birds, as they can get stressed out when I'm gone.
