Fish Tank Maintenance Needed – Luxury Condo in Yaletown!

We are a company that manages luxury rental properties.

One of our tenants is leaving town for a month and needs someone to take over the care of his rather complex saltwater aquarium.

This is a very specific task that requires prior experience with marine tanks, not just feeding the fish!

We need someone to visit the condo in the Yaletown, Vancouver area twice a week for four weeks, specifically on Tuesdays and Fridays.

The duties include testing the water chemistry (we provide the kit and written instructions),

performing a small water change on the Friday visit,

cleaning the glass inside and out,

and, of course, feeding the fish tiny portions daily (provided).

This is in a high-end condo building, so you’ll need to coordinate with the concierge for your access key,

and you must have legal work authorization in Canada required for this position.

This is a detailed job with high expectations.

Also, plan to arrive early as parking is difficult to find - it’s Vancouver after all.

We can discuss the budget, and the rate is negotiable depending on your proven background.

People who have a vehicle will be given preference because the water change requires transporting a small amount of saltwater.
