Small Pet Care in East Vancouver - My First Time Using This Platform!
Message From The Owner
- I am new to this platform and hoping to find someone great to look after my two guinea pigs, Pip and Squeak, for nine days while I'm away on a family trip.
- I'm a first-time pet owner, and honestly, I'm a little nervous about leaving them!
- This is a simple job, just feeding them, refreshing their water, and spot-cleaning their cage daily at my apartment in East Vancouver, near Commercial Drive.
- The apartment is a fourth-floor walk-up, so no elevator, which is a good thing if you like a little exercise!
- The main duty will be making sure they have fresh hay and pellets every day, and also giving them a handful of fresh veggies (I'll leave them ready in the fridge) to keep them happy.
- We have pretty strict recycling/compost rules in Vancouver, so all their waste needs to be properly sorted into the green bin downstairs.
- I can send photos after everything else is agreed on so you can see their setup before you commit.
- I would prefer to pay a flat rate of $150 for the nine days.
- This job is pretty easy, but my only worry is that I don't want them to feel lonely, so sitting with them for 15-20 minutes each visit is important too.
