Weekend Kennel Help - Overwhelmed with Volume!

We are a very busy, growing small pet boarding and training operation that is completely overwhelmed with weekend volume, and we desperately need someone to help with kennel assistant duties in our Marpole, Vancouver facility.

This is a CASUAL position for Saturdays and Sundays only, from 8 am to 12 pm, and then again from 4 pm to 7 pm.

We need someone to start this coming weekend ASAP!

You would be responsible for feeding about 15 dogs.

Cleaning and sanitizing all the kennels (scrubbing floors, washing bedding).

Making sure fresh water is always available.

Managing the laundry that piles up fast here.

We will provide all the necessary cleaning supplies and safety gear.

The facility is easy to access and on a main road, but you must be able to handle large, active dogs, so prior expereince with big breeds is a plus.

We offer $20/hour, which is non-negotiable, and we have a very high standard of cleanliness that must be maintained!

Prepare food and medication according to detailed charts.

Supervise 15-minute potty breaks in the fenced yard.

Restock supplies (food, cleaning items).

Document any unusual behavior.
