I'm a first-time parent trying to transition back into working from home, and I'm really nervous about balancing everything, so I need someone dependable to watch my 1-year-old daughter, Ella, a couple of days a week.
We have plenty of toys and a small backyard for playtime when the weather is nice, which is important for us.
I have a car and can travel 15-20 miles for an initial meeting, but the sitting would always be at our place.
I can also send photos after everything else is agreed on about the space and where you’d be working.

You don’t need a car for this task as it’s so close to major bus routes.
We need help on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and maybe the occasional Friday if things get busy for me.
You would be responsible for her basic care, like diaper changes, feeding her purees and formula, and supervising her tummy time and short play sessions.
This is a recurring gig and we are hoping to find someone who can commit long-term.
We live in a garden suite in Kitsilano, which is a great neighborhood with easy transit access.
