- I am an individual homeowner who is really excited to find someone great to help with my two little ones, a three-year-old and a one-year-old, during the day.
- My full-time job schedule has changed recently, and I honestly feel a bit stressed trying to balance everything, so finding reliable daytime help is a huge priority for me right now.
- We live in a detached house in the Varsity area of Calgary, which is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood, and I'm looking for someone for about 20 hours a week, ideally split over Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings and early afternoons, but we can talk about the exact schedule.
- I am first time using CityTasker, and not sure if I'm explaining right, but the main thing is keeping the kids safe and happy while I work from home in my office.
- The scope of work would involve a few specific things to keep their day structured and fun.
- You’d be responsible for preparing their simple snacks and lunch—nothing fancy, just warming up meals and cutting up fruit.
- We also need help with some light educational activities like reading books and working on simple crafts, and definitely getting them bundled up for a quick 30-minute walk outside each day (even when the Calgary weather is acting up and it’s a bit chilly), because they love playing in the snow or crunching leaves.
- We have a big backyard, so playtime there is always an option too.
- Prepare and serve healthy snacks and lunch for both children.
- Engage the three-year-old in educational play and reading time.
- Take them for one short outdoor walk daily (weather permitting).
- I have a car and can travel 15-20 miles for other errands, but this job is here at my house.
- Since my previous person moved away suddenly, I am looking for someone to start right away.
