Looking for Friendly Care for Two School-Aged Kids After Class in East Van

My husband and I are expanding our little online business right now, and things are really hectic, so we need a warm and friendly person to help with after-school care and sometimes a few hours earlier in the day if there’s a Pro-D day or school is closed.

We’re looking for someone to pick up our 7 and 9-year-old from their school in East Vancouver, walk them home, help them start their homework, and keep them busy until we finish work around 5:30 PM.

This would be every weekday, Monday to Friday, generally from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM.

We need someone who can make sure they wash their hands right away and maybe prepare them a simple snack, like cutting up some fruit or crackers.

We live in an older house near Commercial Drive, which is super accessible by transit, so you don’t need fluent English for this, but basic communication is good.

* Remind them to pack their backpacks for the next day.
