Seeking Patient Caregiver for Special Needs Child in Richmond

We are a small, professional family business that designs specialized playground equipment.

We need consistent, focused daytime care for our youngest, who is five and has moderate autism.

This isn't a typical babysitting job; we need someone with experience or training with children on the spectrum.

We are located near the No. 3 Road area of Richmond, and this is essential for us to be able to focus on our business growth.

The hours we need are Tuesday and Thursday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

The job includes following his structured activity schedule, which involves sensory play, short walks to the nearby park (the rain can be unpredictable in Richmond, so indoor activities are key too), and gentle communication and encouragement.

It's a very calm household environment.
