I own a small graphic design business, and these afternoon hours are when I have my client calls, so it’s a critical time for me to have quiet focused work time.
The job involves looking after my eight-year-old daughter and six-year-old son at our house in the South Arm area; they are pretty self-sufficient, but they need supervision and someone to keep them busy and happy.
The main tasks are making sure they do their homework right after school, preparing an easy snack (like crackers and cheese or cut-up veggies), and supervising their outdoor playtime in the backyard.
We need someone Monday through Thursday, from 3:00 PM until 6:30 PM, starting ASAP.
I am also looking for more clients right now, so having this reliable help is a big deal for my business.
I have a car, but I can only travel about 10 miles for pickup/drop-off if needed, so I’m hoping to find someone who lives relatively close to this area of Richmond.
We can discuss the hourly rate once we talk; I prefer to pay in cash.
