Message From The Owner
- We are a small business, a two-person operation in the ByWard Market area of Ottawa that is suddenly expanding, and we are really need help with consistent daytime babysitting for our 5-year-old during critical business hours.
- Our previous wonderful sitter moved out of the city quite suddenly (she got an amazing new job opportunity, good for her!), which has left us in a serious lurch.
- We need someone to be with our daughter at our small residential apartment Ottawa from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, starting as soon as possible, so we can focus on our overwhelming volume of new client orders and keep this little business growing.
- You'd mostly be playing, doing arts and crafts, and keeping her safe and engaged—we have a ton of toys and supplies, so you won't need to bring anything.
- The apartment is on the third floor of a walk-up, so no need to worry about elevator access.
- I use transit but I'm very reliable, and I can be flexible if you need to start exactly at 9:15 AM or something similar on occasion.
- We really need this long-term, and while we're aiming for a $20/hour rate, we are open to discussing rates for someone with great references and a lot of experience with this age group, since our need is so urgent and our business depends on this coverage.
- Morning play and creative activities.
