Urgent Day Time Babysitting Needed for Our Toddler in Downtown Vancouver! (REALLY NEED HELP)

We are a small business that just got a big contract, and honestly, we are super overwhelmed with the sudden volume of work, meaning we really need consistent, reliable daytime care for our 3-year-old son, Leo, starting ASAP.

Our usual sitter moved to Victoria last week and we are scrambling to find a replacement so we can focus on this project and meet our deadlines.

We need someone who can engage him in creative play, handle snack time and lunch prep (we provide all the food), and manage his nap routine which is usually a solid two hours around lunchtime.

We are looking for coverage Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM for at least the next month while we get organized.

We live in a nice condo near the Gastown area, but it's an old building so finding parking is tough here, give yourself extra time - welcome to Vancouver!

We have a comfortable space, and we’d need you to take him to the nearby playground if the classic Vancouver rain isn't falling too hard, which is part of his usual routine.

We are looking for someone with lots of experience with toddlers who can keep him happy and safe while we are working in our home office.

I mainly use this platform for messaging and I’m available on short notice to chat about the role.

Rate is negotiable depending on experience, but we’re ready to pay fairly for the right person.
