Last-Minute Company Event Babysitting Needed near the Olympic Oval, Richmond

URGENT! WE REALLY NEED HELP!

Our established company is having its annual holiday party, and we've decided to offer on-site, in-hotel babysitting for the staff's children near the Olympic Oval in Richmond this Saturday night, from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

We’re hiring for a professional, small team of sitters to manage a group of maybe 6 to 8 children ranging from 3 to 10 years old in a single, large conference room.

The party is in a high-rise building; we’ll provide the access FOB, but getting in can be confusing, btw.

We can negotiate the price based on your team size and prior experience managing groups of children like this, so please share your rate structure in your message.

You and your team will be responsible for supervising structured games we provide, distributing pre-packaged snacks, and managing a quiet movie time for the later hours, ensuring all children stay within the designated area.

We will have one of our staff members pop in every hour to check on things, and since this is a corporate event, we require strong English communication skills required from at least one member of your team to coordinate with our event manager.

We prefer to communicate via email for all the formal arrangements and liability paperwork.

We live in a part of Richmond where the traffic can be really heavy on weekends, especially with events happening at the Oval, so please factor in travel time.

People who have a vehicle will be given preference for carrying any of your own supplies, although we will provide most of the games and snacks.

This is a one-time event, but successful completion could lead to us hiring you for other corporate events we host in the future.
