We are a company that owns several properties downtown, and because of my family's needs, I'm finding myself overwhelmed with volume, having to balance a demanding job with family life.
Therefore, I am posting here as an individual looking for an amazing, super patient, casual night babysitter for our 4-year-old girl in our downtown Edmonton high-rise apartment.
Access is via a concierge and key card, which I will provide.
We're primarily looking for a Saturday night sitter, 8:00 PM until 1:00 AM, but the hours might be a bit flexible on either end depending on my event schedule.
The main task is simply keeping her safe and quiet while she sleeps; she is usually sound asleep by 8:30 PM, but you should be prepared for the possibility of a wake-up, maybe needing a glass of water, or a cuddle.
Strong English is not required for this task, as she will be asleep for the majority of the time, and you don't need fluent English for this work.
We are planning ahead for the icy Edmonton winter sidewalks, and since our building is right by the LRT station, no vehicle is needed, which is good because visitor parking downtown is often a nightmare, and I don't want you dealing with that!
