Seeking Energetic Sitter for Two Weekends a Month in South Ottawa

We are a casual, fun-loving family, and we're looking for a friendly sitter for our two boys, ages 4 and 6.

We typically need help two weekends a month (flexible on which ones) for a full Saturday, around 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

We just moved to Ottawa a few months ago and are trying to explore more of the city, but it's tough with two young kids!

We live in a spacious apartment building downtown.

Access is easy with a FOB, and there's a lovely common play area we encourage use of when the weather is too cold or snowy for the park.

My husband and I are excited to find someone who will be proactive with play and not just a supervisor.

This job involves walks to the nearby library or park (weather permitting), facilitating a nap for the four-year-old, and making sure the older boy practices his reading for 30 minutes.

We'll leave cash for incidentals, like grabbing a special treat at the local bakery.

I'm really open to hearing your ideas for fun activities!

You don't need fluent English for this; we are fully bilingual, and honestly, the kids don't care about grammar as long as you're playing with them, lol.

The rate for the eight hours is $160, and we prefer someone who has good experience with active young boys.
