We are a big company with multiple locations, and my job as a regional manager means I have to travel for work often, especially on weekends now.
I am looking for a responsible sitter for my two high-energy boys, ages 4 and 6, on intermittent Saturdays or Sundays (usually 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
We live in a comfortable family home in the Hamilton area of Richmond.
Only those legally able to work in Canada please; this is a formal arrangement.
Prepare a full lunch and manage snack times.
Take the children to the local park or playground (weather permitting).
Supervise their creative play and help set up simple art projects.
Manage a 1-hour quiet time or nap for the 4-year-old.
Having your own car is a plus for getting here and for the occasional trip to a library or indoor playground.
Plan to arrive early as parking is difficult to find right on our street—it’s Richmond after all!
I’m nervous about leaving them for such long stretches, but it’s part of my new job, so I need to know they are with someone wonderful.
