We are a growing small business—a licensed home-based daycare—and we are seeing such an overwhelming volume of requests that we need an extra pair of experienced hands to help us out on the weekends when we run our optional evening sessions.

We're in a large, bright, walk-out bungalow in Forest Lawn, and the kids are generally easy-going, ages 2 to 5.
We really need a responsible adult who can help us keep the ratio manageable, ensuring every child gets the attention they need during this busy time.
We are looking for coverage on either Friday or Saturday evening, from about 6 PM until 11 PM, with the possibility of this becoming a recurring bi-weekly gig if it works out well.
You would be assisting the lead carer with the evening routine, which includes supervising free play, helping with dinner prep, and doing story time and winding down before parents arrive.
I'd like to pay cash if that's okay, and we are open to discussing rates—the rate is negotiable depending on experience, but we're aiming for a competitive hourly wage.
I'm looking for more clients right now, but I want to make sure I have the backup support, and I prefer to communicate via email for all the official paperwork.
