Bi-Weekly Cleaning Help for Small Design Studio (Gastown)

We're a small, growing graphic design studio (just four people) located in a heritage building in the Gastown area of Vancouver, and we need a reliable cleaner to come in every two weeks.

Our current office space is small, just one big open room and a tiny washroom, but we have big creative plans and sometimes our focus on design means we let the cleaning duties slide.

We just started this business a few months ago, so we're figuring out the logistics for everything, including keeping the office looking sharp for client visits.

The job involves emptying all trash/recycling bins (must follow strict Vancouver recycling rules!), wiping down the large shared desk surfaces and any dusty shelves of design samples, and scrubbing the small washroom completely.

We also need the hardwood floor vacuumed and mopped meticulously.

We are aiming for a Tuesday or Wednesday evening clean, anytime after 6 PM, as we all leave by then.
