Cleaning Sub-Contractor Needed for End-of-Lease Jobs

I am an overwhelmed sole proprietor running a small cleaning service in TORONTO, and I am seriously drowning in a high volume of end-of-lease cleaning requests right now.

I need to sub-contract out a few of these tasks to reliable and detail-oriented individuals or teams to help me manage the workload, especially the deep-cleaning required after students move out of rentals near the university campus.

This is a very physically demanding job, and we require a high standard of quality, as these are professional, move-out cleans that require full wall washing and appliance scrubbing.

I have two jobs open next week, one is a two-bedroom condo and the other is a three-bedroom house, both requiring full 8-10 hour shifts of intensive cleaning.

You'd be responsible for all standard move-out cleaning, including detailed cleaning inside all cabinets and drawers, removing all scuff marks, and making sure the bathrooms are perfectly sanitized.

The biggest challenge in TORONTO is the unpredictable amount of salt residue left on the floors from the winter, which needs extra attention during the spring.

I will provide a detailed scope of work for each property.
