Commercial Cleaning Proposal Needed for Retail Spaces in Ottawa

We are a larger company with multiple small retail locations across Ottawa, from the ByWard Market area to Westboro, and we are looking to outsource the recurring janitorial services for four of our locations.

We need a highly professional and established cleaning service that can handle a consistent schedule and deliver high quality work.

We've been doing the cleaning in-house, but it's not sustainable with our expanding operations.

We expect a very high standard of cleanliness, as these are customer-facing areas, and we are dealing with high traffic and the constant wear and tear from Ottawa's changing weather.

You would be responsible for making sure all cleaning logs are signed and dated upon completion of each task at each location.

We are looking for a cleaner who is very organized and can follow a strict checklist.

Emptying all public and staff trash receptacles and replacing liners.

Cleaning and disinfecting all public and staff washrooms.

Dusting and polishing all display shelves and public counters.

Sweeping and mopping all hard floors in the retail space.

Cleaning the interior of the main storefront windows.
