Moving-Out Clean for a Small Apartment in Centretown Ottawa

- I need a thorough move-out clean for a small, one-bedroom apartment right in the heart of Centretown, Ottawa, next week.
- I'm moving out on Friday, so I need the clean to happen on either Thursday afternoon or Friday morning.
- This is my first time using CityTasker, so I'm a bit nervous but hoping for a great experience.
- The apartment is on the 4th floor of an older building, and while it does have an elevator, access can sometimes be tricky because the building manager is a bit cantankerous (parking is tough btw).
- You'd be responsible for an apartment that is mostly empty already.
- The main tasks are deep cleaning the kitchen (inside/outside cupboards, stove, fridge) and the bathroom, which is small but needs a good scrubbing to get the deposit back.
- Given the older plumbing common in these downtown buildings, be careful with the drains.
- I can send more pictures and details available later once we confirm the basics.
- We can negotiate the price and I am happy to pay cash when you finish.
- This is a great opportunity for newcomers to Ottawa.
- I prefer to pay in cash.
- It would be great if you're not more than 40 mins away.
