Recurring Cleaning for Corporate Apartment in Burnaby

We are an established company with multiple units and are looking for a reliable, long-term cleaning partner for one of our executive apartments near Metrotown.

This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit that requires a deep, consistent clean every two weeks, mainly focusing on maintaining a high-quality, professional presentation for our visiting staff.

You would be responsible for all general cleaning tasks including kitchen and bathroom sanitization,

dusting all surfaces,

vacuuming carpets,

and mopping the laminate floors throughout the living areas,

making sure the place is spotless and ready for immediate occupancy at all times.

We supply all necessary cleaning products, most of which are eco-friendly, and all equipment like the vacuum and mop, as we follow specific corporate standards for supplies;

we just need your expertise and consistency.

Access is straightforward via a lockbox and key fob,

and we can discuss specific scheduling, though we prefer a Tuesday or Wednesday cleaning window between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Living in Burnaby means we often deal with muddy shoes during the rainy season, so special attention to the entryway floors is always a must.
