Recurring Richmond Residential Cleaning for Small Business Client

We are a service provider based in Richmond.

I'm currently overwhelmed with the volume of my residential cleaning work and need to sub-contract out one of my most consistent clients.

This is for a bi-weekly clean of a lovely, 4-bedroom house in the Steveston area of Richmond, and I'm looking for a professional tasker to take over permanently.

The job requires about 4-5 hours of focused, detailed work, and the client is quite meticulous, so high-quality standards are a must.

The cleaning scope includes cleaning and polishing all wood furniture,

scrubbing the kitchen sink and disposal area thoroughly,

ensuring all window tracks and sills are clean,

and folding and putting away the laundry that’s in the dryer.

We are looking for someone who has a vehicle as the client's home is not easily accessible by transit, and parking is difficult to find—it’s Richmond after all!

You must have legal work authorization in Canada required.

We can send photos and more details once we confirm the basics and share rates.

I'm available on short notice to meet and walk through the property and expectations.

The client is looking for someone long-term, so we need a commitment to regularity, and they prefer communication through this platform for scheduling.

People who have a vehicle will be given preference for this job.
