My team is becoming overwhelmed with the volume of turnover cleanings, especially with the busy summer season approaching, so we need a reliable, experienced individual or small team to take on some of our regular maintenance cleaning tasks for a few of our long-term rental units.
These are not the quick turnover cleans, but deep maintenance cleans for tenants who are busy professionals and just need help keeping things tidy on a bi-weekly basis.
We need someone who understands the high standards expected by our clients, who often work long hours downtown and expect a sparkling clean space to come home to.
The scope of work for each unit includes a full kitchen wipe-down (counters, appliance fronts, microwave interior), bathroom deep-clean (shower, tub, toilet, floor), dusting all surfaces including baseboards, and thorough vacuuming and mopping throughout.
We mainly focus on units in the West End and Kitsilano area, and these are all apartments ranging from 700 to 1,100 square feet.
We will provide all the necessary, high-quality, eco-friendly supplies, as the building strata boards in Vancouver are very particular about what chemicals can be used, which is something to be aware of.
We are looking for someone who is available to start immediately, ideally on a Thursday or Friday morning window, and we are willing to negotiate on price based on your experience and efficiency.
We are open to discussing rates and would like to find a long-term partner as we continue to expand our operations.
