Regular Cleaning Help Needed for My Townhouse in Richmond

I'm an individual homeowner in Richmond, and I'm really looking for someone consistent to help with the regular cleaning of my two-story townhouse.

I've been so stressed with my new job downtown, and honestly, the cleaning has completely fallen behind—I just don't have the energy to keep up anymore, especially with the constant rain we get here in the Lower Mainland making everything feel damp and messy.

The house is about 1,500 square feet, and I'd like a reliable person to come every two weeks, ideally on a Thursday or Friday morning, to do a deep clean.

The scope of work would be the two bathrooms (tubs, showers, toilets, floors), dusting all surfaces and furniture, vacuuming all carpets and hard floors, and mopping the kitchen and entryway.

It would be great if you could also wipe down the kitchen counters and outside of the cabinets, but I can provide all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.

Wash all interior windows (3 main ones).

Clean the interior of the microwave.

Wipe all baseboards.

Dust and wipe down all light fixtures.

I prefer to communicate via email or through the platform here, as I’m usually in meetings all day.
