Regular Home Cleaning Needed - Shaughnessy Area

I am an individual homeowner in the Shaughnessy area of Vancouver, and I'm looking for a friendly, dependable cleaner to help me with the routine maintenance of my 4-bedroom house.

I work a demanding job and I'm feeling stressed about the lack of time I have to keep the house tidy and welcoming.

The house is two stories, about 2,500 square feet, and has a lot of natural wood and glass that gets dusty easily.

I'm looking for a weekly cleaning service, ideally on a Monday or Tuesday, between 9 AM and 1 PM.

The core tasks are: vacuuming and mopping all floors, dusting all furniture and art pieces (carefully!), scrubbing the three bathrooms, and a general tidy and wipe-down of the main kitchen.

This house gets particularly muddy during the fall and winter months because of all the rain we get in Vancouver, so the entranceway floor is a big priority.

Having your own car is a plus for getting to this area.

Allow extra time for parking, this is Vancouver we're talking about, and it's all permit parking here.

You must be legally allowed to work in Canada for this task.

I can provide a reasonable budget range once we discuss the exact scope.
