- We are a small business that recently expanded our office space right downtown Ottawa, and the new section needs an urgent, professional floor cleaning this week.
- Our main focus right now is getting the new furniture in, and we just don't have the time to properly prepare the space ourselves.
- WE REALLY NEED someone who can come in as soon as possible, like tomorrow morning.
- The previous tenant left the vinyl flooring a bit sticky and scuffed, and we need it stripped and waxed to a high standard before our big launch event next week.
- The space is on the 10th floor, and access is via a security FOB that we will give you, but please ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR PARKING, this is OTTAWA we're talking about!
- We prefer candidates with their own transportation because the cleaning equipment needed for this specific job will be too much for public transit.
- This is a very specific, one-time job, and we need someone who has done professional floor care before.
- You must be legally allowed to work in Canada for this task.
- Deep scrub and strip the old wax from the vinyl flooring.
- Apply two fresh coats of professional floor wax.
- We mainly use this platform for messaging, so please send us your experience with floor waxing.
- Our budget is flexible depending on experience, so open to discussing rates.
