- It’s a beautiful, modern 1-bedroom apartment right near the Olympic Oval, and I need a fantastic individual to handle all the cleaning turnovers.
- Since I'm just starting out, I'm nervous about getting those crucial first five-star reviews, so I need someone who is super reliable and has a keen eye for detail—someone who can spot things I might miss.
- The unit is on the 10th floor, and access is via a FOB and a lockbox, which is all pretty straightforward, btw.
- I need someone available on an availability basis, typically between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM, and I'll give as much notice as possible.
- The scope includes thoroughly wiping down all the stainless steel appliances in the kitchen (which are a pain to keep fingerprint-free!), vacuuming the area rugs, and ensuring the small balcony is swept and tidy.
- I'm providing all the eco-friendly cleaning supplies, which are required by the building strata, so you don't need to bring anything but your experience.
- Full kitchen cleaning, including cabinets and stove top.
- Bathroom sanitation, including restocking toiletries.
- Vacuuming and mopping of all floors.
- Reporting low inventory and any damages.
