Message From The Owner
- Our Small Business is expanding our small portfolio of properties in the West Springs area of Calgary, and we need an experienced cleaner to take on two new units.
- We are looking for someone who can handle the full turnover process: cleaning, restocking, and reporting, with high attention to detail since our reputation is everything as we grow.
- We're looking for someone to handle 4-5 turns per month right now, with more work coming soon.
- The work involves cleaning a two-bedroom house and a three-bedroom basement suite nearby.
- We can supply all of the cleaning products, but you must bring your own vacuum and basic equipment.
- The house has a large mudroom, which really gets hit hard with winter boots and salt during the cold months here in Calgary, so a good steam mop is a plus!
- The budget is flexible, depending on experience and the time it takes to complete both units if done on the same day.
- Wipe down all kitchen cabinets and counters.
- Clean out the fireplace area (when used).
- Thoroughly sweep and mop the mudroom and entryways.
- Change linens and make beds neatly.
- I have a car and am looking for more clients right now, so I'm flexible on distance and timing.
