We are an established property management company with multiple listings across the Lower Mainland, and we recently expanded operations to include a 2-bedroom condo unit in the Highgate area of Burnaby.

We REALLY NEED help this week because our cleaning volume has spiked, and we can't keep up with the back-to-back bookings.

This is a great opportunity for a professional individual or team looking for a steady flow of work.

The cleanings will be scheduled on an on-demand basis, and we need someone who is highly professional and can follow our strict, formalized cleaning protocols, including taking mandatory photos after every turnover.

The property is in a high-rise, and while there is easy elevator access, the building requires an access FOB that we will provide, and you'll need to sign a key agreement.

We require all applicants to have their own reliable transportation, but no vehicle is needed for the job itself, as the location is close to Skytrain.

We need someone who is available on short notice and can be flexible with timing.

Vacuuming all rugs and carpets.

Wiping down all wood furniture.

Checking the guest welcome binder.

Taking out the trash/recycling.
