We need reliable service for these two properties, with cleans scheduled on an 'as-needed' basis, which is generally 5-8 times per month, and we need someone who can be available on short notice for last-minute bookings.

Our expectations are very high; every single clean must be flawless to maintain our Superhost status across all our listings.

The job includes detailed sanitization of all fixtures, thorough vacuuming of the small carpeted areas, and ensuring the key pick-up process is smooth by checking the lockbox is securely fastened.
