Consistent Turnovers for Our North Burnaby Suite

I'm an individual homeowner, and honestly, I am overwhelmed with the volume of bookings we have for our basement suite in North Burnaby near SFU; my family life is suffering, lol.

We need consistent help with turnovers, usually scheduled on Mondays and Fridays, but we occasionally have surprise Sunday bookings.

The unit is a self-contained one-bedroom with its own entrance via a key, and we need someone who can commit to being available between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM on those days.

The standard turnover includes mopping the tile floors (which can get quite muddy from the constant rain we get here), dusting all surfaces, and ensuring all dishes are put away and the dishwasher is empty.

We are aiming for hospital-level cleanliness, but the suite is relatively small and manageable for one person.
