Message From The Owner
- We are a large company with multiple corporate housing units, and we need a consistent cleaning service for three of our 2-bedroom units in the downtown core of Ottawa.
- We just started expanding into the short-term rental market here, and we need established, professional service providers to maintain our quality standards across all our units.
- We need a reliable team to handle the turnover process.
- Our expectation is a five-star standard every time.
- This includes scrubbing shower tiles and tubs, ensuring streak-free mirrors and glass tables, and making sure the cabinets are wiped down inside and out.
- We provide all commercial-grade cleaning supplies and equipment.
- We need someone who can handle the humidity in the summer months in Ottawa, which means things can feel sticky sometimes, so extra care with ventilation and drying surfaces is appreciated.
- We anticipate needing this service 8-10 times per month.
- We are happy to pay $40/hour, with a minimum of 3 hours per unit.
- We are open to discussing rates if you can show an excellent track record.
- We are a formal company, so you must be legally allowed to work in Canada for this task.
- People who have a vehicle will be given preference for moving supplies and equipment between units.
- You must provide an invoice and be able to handle formal business communication.
- Timing is flexible but must be completed between 10 AM and 4 PM.
- Come a bit early, parking can be a nightmare in Ottawa!
