We are a small business dealing with multiple short-term rentals and we are really stretched thin with our current staff, so we desperately need an experienced cleaner.
The position is for a three-story, 3-bedroom townhouse in the downtown Richmond area near Minoru Park.
The house is a walk-up, so there's no elevator, which is something to keep in mind, and the cleaning can be physically demanding.
We need someone to start this weekend, Saturday morning around 10:00 AM.
This is our busiest unit, and it's frustrating because the previous company quit with no notice!
You would be responsible for a full, comprehensive clean of all three levels.
We require meticulous detail in the kitchen, especially cleaning out the fridge and oven between guests, and making sure all three bathrooms are spotless.
We supply all the cleaning products, but you must have your own professional vacuum and mop, as the client wants to maintain quality.
